Villa Thea is situated in a quiet location in the small hamlet of Kangatika one kilometre from the charming fishing  village of Loggos and is a short walk downhill to the nearest beaches.  Positioned amongst the olive groves the villa has beautiful views over the sea to the mountains of mainland Greece. . _________

This well appointed villa boasts a 4m x 8m pool with six sunbeds and an outside dining table with six chairs - perfect for alfresco living.

But if you prefer to eat indoors then the dining area has a table and chairs for eight plus a high chair and is adjacent to the well equipped kitchen area with oven, hob and fridge freezer. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with doors opening onto the pool patio and a shower room with W.C. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The comfortable open plan living area has seating for up to eight people and is equipped with a CD/radio. Refreshingly there is no TV so it's books and conversation instead of your favourite Greek variety show.

On the first floor there are two comfortable twin bedded rooms each with air conditioning and patio doors leading on to a furnished balcony.

On the same floor there is a further single room equipped with a day bed (only suitable for children) and a children's cot. A large shower room with W.C. complete the layout of the upper floor.
