A two bedroom villa converted from two studios with it's own private pool. Sleeping up to four, the property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen area, air conditioning and is only a six minute walk down to Loggos.
 Set amongst olive groves over looking Loggos, Stafilia House is quiet and secluded with its own private pool. Previously two studios, the house now benefits from having two bathrooms, two bedrooms, kitchen area and two terraces complete with a private pool and stunning views.
 Simply but comfortably furnished the house has a rather strange layout with a passage at the rear connecting the two main rooms but also with separate front entrances to both. It has a certain Greek rustic charm and whilst is by no means luxurious, Stafilia House offers excellent value to families where a pool is a must and out door living the main priority.
 The 10m x 5m pool is at a lower level than the main terrace, has a paved surround and is furnished with sunbeds.
A donkey track leads down to the lovely village of Loggos and takes under ten minutes. Allow a little longer for the uphill return especially at night after sampling the delights of the local tavernas!
