It's like selling your villa through a tour operator but you only pay a small annual fee.

The Credit System

Our system operates a 'Credit System' where one 'credit' = £1

We give you one credit when you register which you can use for your seven day trial. This trial is so you can set up your property and see it live on the site before paying the fee.

When you are satisfied you can purchase credits by bank transfer or via PayPal and use the credits to upgrade to one of the yearly packages.

Advertising rates

Trial (free) = 1 credit for one property on a 7 day lsiting

Package 1 = 100 credits for one property on a 12 month listing

Package 2 = 175 credits for two properties on a 12 month listing

Package 3 = 250 credits for three properties on a 12 month listing

Package 4 = 300 credits for four properties on a 12 month listing

Package 5 = 350 credits for five properties on a 12 month listing

How to Advertise

You will receive one free credit which you can use to set up your trial.

Activate and log in to your account.

To create your advertisement/listing:

1. Click 'Listings' on the left hand menu followed by 'Manage listings' on the drop down menu.

2. On the main body of the page click 'Add listing'

3. Select your package (this is usually 'trial' if you are new to the site) and 'update'.

4. Click again on 'Manage listings' and again on 'Add listing'

5. You are now at the stage to start loading your property details and photos, starting with the location. If the location is not listed then please advise us via the 'contact us' form and we will add it.

6. Create your advert and upload your photos.

Preview your advert. If you are happy and want it to appear for a year or you want to advertise more than one property then you need to purchase credits and upgrade to one of the packages.
