This lovely villa has direct access to the sea via an adjacent
platform complete with metal steps into the water - who needs a swimming pool when you've
got this!
The ground floor apartment boasts four bedrooms (one with own w.c.),
a large dining room with kitchen, a bathroom and a large furnished balcony. It can sleep up to eight adults.
The upper floor apartment is slightly smaller, sleeping up to six adults, it has three bedrooms, a bathroom, living room with kitchen and a balcony with chairs for up to three people.
Both apartments have been very tastefully decorated and furnished and have wonderfully high ceilings.Many original features have been retained including the delightful "summer kitchen" which is separate from the main living area.
Having accommodation right on the water is simply blissful. You can take a swim, fish from the terrace or just sit back and admire the view across the bay whilst sipping your cold Mythos (Greek beer) or gin and tonic.
The Villa Praxithea comes highly recommended and will suit both families and groups of friends.
If you want to arrive in style, you can book the local water taxi (speedboat) to take you from Camiros Scala right to your villa!
