Five luxury three bedroom villas sleeping up to six, each with a private pool and stunning views
A group of 5 luxury holiday villas nestling low in the hillside above the picturesque harbour of Sivota.
 In
a beautiful secluded location with breathtaking views of the nearby
islands of Kefalonia and Ithaca, Palm Villas offer an idyllic setting
for a perfect holiday, surrounded by olive groves, swaying palms and
gentle warm breezes.
Each
secluded south facing villa has been architecturally designed and
furnished to a high standard and affords three bedrooms with three
modern luxury bathrooms, two being ensuite. 
A luxury fully equipped kitchen provides every convenience including
granite worktops, an American style fridge/freezer, oven and hob,
dishwasher and washing machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining
area comfortably seating six.
A large open plan lounge offers both satellite TV and DVD player. Both
the lounge and main bedrooms have sun reflective picture windows with
magnificent views overlooking the surrounding islands. All villas have
full air conditioning.  Outside,
each villa has its own terrace, private pool, outside shower and
barbeque. At night subtle garden lighting makes for an enchanting
evening.
Sivota
Bay is a five minute drive away on a quiet
road that is now 70% asphalted making the journey much easier than
previous seasons. The village itself is delightfully traditional and
Greek with a wide choice of tavernas and a few bars. The village has
it's own pebble beach but you can also hire boats to explore and potter
along the coast
Sofabeds and campbeds are available and thus each villa can sleep up to eight people.
