 Situated
in the small hamlet of Dendiatica within it's own walled garden
set amongst olive groves, this property is perfect for
those seeking peace and quiet, privacy, a wonderful private pool
yet within walking distance of both Loggos and Glyfada and Monathendri
beaches. The walk up from Loggos can feel a little arduous and so some
guests like to hire a car with this property whilst others are happy to
burn off the calories.
 The
kitchen diner opens directly onto a large shaded patio, ideal for
alfresco dining - there's even a barbeque to grill your fresh fish!
Inside
on the ground floor is a kitchen/diner, twin bedroom and shower room
whilst upstairs is the second twin bedroom with its own balcony and sea

 Separate
from the main house is a one bedroom detached fully equipped studio
which means that parties of up to six people can book
Marguerita House. It is also attractive to two couples who want
separate accommodation and facilities. However, the studio can only be
booked as an add on to the house - it cannot be booked on its own. You
can choose to book the house on its own and the studio will remain
empty and locked. _________________
