Liakas Horio Apartments
Sixteen quality one bedroom apartments built around a large pool set amongst spacious gardens with stunning views. Each apartment sleeps up to four and are very reasonably priced.

Situated on the hillside above Cape Liakas close to the village of Spartia, Liakas Horio is a group of eight houses each of which is split into two separate one-bedroom apartments.  They command stunning views of Mount Ainos and across the surrounding countryside to the sea with the island of Zakynthos in sight.

The focal point of the property is undoubtedly the large swimming pool of 7 x 14 metres plus a 65cm deep children's pool. A large terrace with sun beds surrounds the pool and an adjacent pool bar ensures you're never far from a cold drink or snack. For the more energetic, set away from the apartments, are tennis and volleyball courts although guests must provide their own tennis equipment.  

The one-bedroom apartments occupy an entire floor of each house and sleep up to four persons. They are spacious and well-furnished and have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area plus a private shower room with w.c. The air-conditioned bedrooms have twin beds with a sofa-bed which converts to a double bed in the living room.

Each apartment has a spacious veranda or balcony with table and chairs, all with a lovely view across the pool and out to sea.

The little village of Spartia is a five minute drive or twenty minute walk away where there are a few shops, tavernas and a beautiful sandy beach a short distance from the village. The south coast resorts of Lourdas and Trapezaki are nearby and worth visiting whilst if you fancy tripping the light fantastic, the bright lights of Argostoli, the island capital, are just twenty minutes drive away.
