We are delighted to offer these fantastic properties that have been built with a shared pool on the outskirts of the charming village of Agios Nikitas. The villas are furnished to an exceptionally high standard and have their own private space and patios ensuring seclusion from your neighbours.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Perched on a rocky peninsula, they enjoy spectacular sea views, are set in a peaceful location and yet are only a fifteen minute walk from the village centre where you will find a selection of shops, bars and tavernas.The large 16 x 8 metre pool is shared by just three other villas.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All the villas are extremely well equipped with air conditioning, fireplace, washing machine, satellite TV and full cooking facilities.

Each villa has one double bedroom and one twin bedded room plus a fold up single bed is available for a fifth person if required.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Outside, all the villas have their own large patio with furniture, stone built barbecue, spectacular sea views, outside lighting and parking.

It's a five minute drive down to the village or a fifteen minute walk down a footpath. The walk back is steep and not suitable for those with walking difficulties or those who just don't like walking - it will, however help burn off those excess calories!
