Villa Harmonias is located in the sleepy village of Paramonas which is around 22km from Corfu Town and just 600m from Paramonas beach with its golden sands. This charming stone property is situated amongst olive groves in an elevated position and looks directly over the Ionian seashore at Paramonas across the neighboring countryside.

Patio doors lead out to a covered terrace that overlooks the pool and outdoor jacuzzi making a lovely spot for relaxation. There is also a built in dining area at the side of the pool and a brick built barbecue at the side of the house for al fresco dining.--------------------------------------------------------------

Built into a slight slope, the main entrance to this villa is onto the upper floor where there are two bedrooms - one double and one twin and a shower room/WC. Each of the 2 bedrooms open onto a spacious covered balcony with views over the village to the sea. Downstairs there is a large open plan living-dining space, a fully equipped kitchen and a second full bathroom .______________________


The villa has air conditioning in both bedrooms and satellite TV (limited english channels).

The closest tavernas can be found in Paramonas village - 600m from the villa with shops, butchers and bakers in Aghios Matheos just a 2km drive from the the villa. ______________________

We were amazed when we discovered Paramonas. It has a lovely sandy beach, three very traditional tavernas and the Sunset Bar overlooking the beach and famous for, would you believe, sunsets! Yet the village is pretty much undiscovered and we think a rare find. Prices in the tavernas are also considerably cheaper than other parts of the island.
