Providing it's available we can either book the accommodation or hold it while you book your flights. This means that it is in your name and no one else can take it. However, we can only hold the accommodation for a couple of hours so flights should be booked immediately. You can, of course, book the accommodation and book your flights at a later date but then you would be committed to the accommodation.

When making a booking less than 8 weeks/56 days prior to the rental full payment is required at the time of booking.
When making a booking more than 8 weeks/56 days prior to departure a deposit of 30% of the total booking value is payable at time of booking.

The balance in full must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure.
ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE SURCHARGED AT 2% UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY STATED.

You can check flight availability and pricing plus book online with our partners Flightline.co.uk or by phone with VHG Flight (0845 0710130 - mention Spirit of Greece). Please note that all flight documentation will be issued by Flightline.co.uk or VHG Flights and your contract for the flights will be with them rather than Spirit of Travel Ltd. Spirit of Travel Ltd will not accept payment for flights and clients make their payments directly to Flightline.co.uk or VHG FLights.

Once the accommodation and flights are secured you can then choose to add transfers, car hire and even boat hire should you wish.

Payments can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or debit card (Maestro/Switch or Visa debit). There is a 2% charge for credit card payments but no charge for debit cards.
