Argo Villa and Maisonettes
A delightful villa with private pool and two maisonettes, one with a pool and one with outdoor jacuzzi, all with stunning views and easy access to Stafylos and Velanio Beaches.
With glorious views of Stafylos Bay, these well appointed properties offer some of the best accommodation of its kind in Skopelos.

Reached from the main road by a steep winding driveway, these pretty cottages stand on a hillside just above the bay of Stafylos. Stafylos and Velanio beaches are a ten minute walk or a couple of minutes by car. Just above Staflyos beach is a lovely traditional taverna. A couple of tavernas are also found near the cottages, within a five minute walk plus there is a super market with most daily essentials, including fresh bread, within a 15 minute walk towards Skopelos Town. A bus stop is located 100m from the accommodation, with the bus taking approximately 10 minutes to reach the lively waterfront of Skopelos Town whilst in the other direction, the bus heads down the length of the island stopping at all the villages and beaches that line the West coast.

The Maisonettes: The entrance to each of the two maisonettes is on the upper floor, which comprises an open plan living/dining room with open wood-beamed ceiling, cool ceramic floor tiles and a well-designed kitchenette. The room is open and light with plenty of windows and French doors leading out to a balcony with the most amazing views of Stafylos Bay, sea and neighbouring islands.

The rooms are decorated in a simple, elegant style and it is clear that these cottages are well looked after.

The balconies are furnished with a dining table and chairs plus each maisonette also has a spacious back patio from which to enjoy the early morning sun over coffee and breakfast. The main level living room has two comfortable, built-in divans, covered in fresh blue and white cushions and there is a w/c shower room with hair dryer and plenty of wardrobe space.

Wooden stairs lead down to the bedroom level with a double bed in maisonette 2 and two single beds in maisonette 3 plus air conditioning and en-suite w/c shower room with a hairdryer. There are French doors leading to a private terrace, again with the same splendid views as above. Reached from the bedroom terrace is the private pool (maisonette 3) or jacuzzi (maisonette 2).

The Villa: The detached, one bedroom villa with private pool is furnished just as comfortably and attractively as the maisonettes, with the upstairs level open plan. The kitchen, furnished with a spacious breakfast table and the sitting room with comfortable sofas, creating a very spacious feeling. The ceilings are open beamed and there are lots of windows including French doors leading to the large sea-facing balcony. The divan style sofas in the sitting room are perfect for extra sleeping space.

There is also a w/c shower room including hair dryer on the ground level. Just at the main entrance door there is a spacious patio, comfortably furnished, which overlooks not only the pool area, but also the fantastic sea views. Downstairs is the master bedroom with double bed, single sofa bed, air conditioning and en-suite modern w/c shower room, including hair dryer. The private swimming pool is reached from the bedroom level.
