amongst the hillside olive groves of Kondoyiannatika, it is ideal for
those looking for peace and quiet with the amenities of Loggos only 15
minutes walk away.

tranquil position, the villa boasts a main L-shaped terrace, a terrace
around the pool and even a roof terrace with amazing sea views.

is a comfortable sitting room with a kitchen area and a
double and twin bedroom while on
the floor below, with its own outside entrance, is the third twin bedroom.---------------------------

them have air conditioning. The terraces outside the sitting room face
the sea and are the ideal spot for an evening drink.

 outside sitting area - one bedroom has its own separate entrance
- Open plan sitting room with fully equipped kitchen and TV
- No dishwasher but the maid service includes your washing up - six times per week
