A large three bedroom house sleeping up to six with private pool, superb views and wonderful al fresco dining area. Only six minutes walk from Loggos.

Set in a private walled garden in the olive groves above Loggos harbour, Villa Adam has a lovely 10m x 4m swimming pool with a large terrace making for wonderful al fresco dining and superb views over Loggos harbour.

The house is divided into two parts, a main apartment sleeping up to four and an annex sleeping up to two. We sell the apartment and anex as one unit, making the Villa Adam ideal for families and groups of friends of up to six.

Inside, both the apartment and annex are self contained with twin bedded rooms, kitchenette and shower room whilst the main apartment has a dining area. The furnishings are a little old fashioned and pretty basic but this is more than compensated for by the pool, terrace, location and views. It is also much less expensive than our other villas and will appeal to those who enjoy life outside by the pool and see the house as a place to sleep, shower and prepare the odd meal.

Ancient donkey steps lead down to the lovely village of Loggos and takes under ten minutes. Allow a little longer for the uphill return especially at night after a few glasses of delicious local wine!
