Liakas Water Front Villas
Six superb three bedroom villas sleeping up to eight, each with a private pool and stunning views. A footpath takes you down to the sea with a large rock platform offering excellent snorkeling, swimming and, we're told, the occasional dolphin!
The individual villas of Apollo, Artemis, Athena, Demetra, Dionysys and Eros make up this fine collection of villas, right on the sea and close to the traditional village of Spartia on the southern coast.

We're delighted to offer these top class villas with the added flexibility of Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday arrival with a wide choice of charter flights running from the UK on those days.

Situated in an exceptional position at the end of Liakas peninsula, they all have stunning views of the sea and the island of Zante and for those who love snorkeling,  a footpath takes you right to the sea where you can swim and snorkel from a large rock platform.

All the villas are two-storey with sitting room, one double bedroom on the ground floor and two twin bedrooms on the upper. The two twin bedrooms both have ensuite bathrooms and sea view balconies. There is an additional bathroom on the ground floor opposite the bedroom. Each has a private freshwater swimming pool surrounded by grassed lawns, a purpose built barbecue and dining area.

The villas are modern, furnished to a high standard and well equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV (English channels are very limited), DVD and CD. The kitchen includes an oven with 4-ring hob, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, washing machine and mosquito machines.  

The ground floor consists of an open-plan sitting room and kitchen with three sets of patio doors leading to a covered sea-facing terrace. A double bedroom and bathroom are also on the ground floor.

The little village of Spartia is a five minute drive or thirty five minute walk away where there are a few shops, tavernas and a beautiful sandy beach a short distance from the village. The south coast resorts of Lourdas and Trapezaki are nearby and worth visiting whilst if you fancy tripping the light fantastic, the bright lights of Argostoli, the island capital, are just twenty minutes drive away.

Half a mile from the villas is Liakas Horio, a small group of holiday houses with a pool, bar and tennis court which our villa guests are welcome to use.
